Sew I Made A Pillow
February 4, 2011 by 7 Comments
I’m hooked. Aside from the math involved, I love sewing! I’ll admit, I was totally intimidated the first day. Probably because everyone in my class was working on advanced projects. They had their own fancy machines, sewing bags with all the tools and used words I thought I knew the meaning of.
I’m still working on the fancy machine but now I have some tools, know what the words really mean and I have a PILLOW! Well, I won’t have the pillow for long. My daughter will claim it as she loves to cuddle with pillows and blankets.
My next project? I’m making my daughter a skirt. First step: measure around her waist and hips, take the larger of the measurements and multiple by 2. Great, more math.

Cute pillow! It is my goal to one day own a sewing machine.
Then I'll get to learn all those words that I'm sure I don't know the meanings of. Thanks so much for linking up for Feed Me Friday! I'm now following and subscribing!
