Aloha Themed Birthday Party {Inspiration}

This weekend my little girl turns 2!  Where did time go and how can I keep her small for just a while longer?  Wanting to have a special day for her, I’ve been planning the details of her party for weeks.  The planning comes easily to me, unfortunately its the execution that I procrastinate on!  Here are a few of the items that inspired me to create an Aloha themed birthday party.  More pictures and party details to come!

Paper Laterns from Beau Coup

Aloha Printables from Anna and Blue Paperie

Sugar Cookies from Sugar and Flour

Surfboards from Sunday Treasures

  1. I’d love an aloha themed party here. I might have to consider it for one of the long winter days here in Alaska. Lots of people up here take of for Hawaii during February or March to lift their spirits. But, I’d only be able to afford the party here…

  2. What fun! Those cookies sure do look yum! Will your little one be dressed to the part as well?

    • IF (big if) I have time I’m making her a dress out of the material I used for the runner. If not, she has a grass skirt that I hope I can convince her to wear. Its pink & orange. :)

  3. Great party ideas! I never have any type of parties except my little boy’s birthday party-and I am doomed to Power Rangers, Scooby Doo and the like. Nothing beachy for me. Those cookies definitely look good.

  4. My 4 year olds are about to go to school :(
    Isnt it sad- yet rewarding to see your babies grow?!

  5. Have a great party!

    Michele
