Date Night Chili’s Style #CoronaRita

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Chili’s Grill & Bar. All opinions are 100% mine.

When was the last time you had a real date night?  You know the kind where you take a shower, put on makeup and clothes that make you feel sexy and go out with your significant other for a night on the town sans kids?  For many of us, those nights are few and far between.  Sometimes a night on the town is asking a bit much but dinner with your loved one?  That’s a little easier.

One of our favorite restaurants to eat at is Chili’s.  We used to meet there once a week for lunch before our daughter came along.  I’ve always been a fan of their Southwestern Eggrolls and my husband loves their Boneless Buffalo Wings.  Since I’ve started this fitness challenge, I’m definitely more conscious about the food I eat.  I like to eat a meal that’s a little lighter in calories and fat so I can splurge on something else later.  Chili’s has a new item on their lighter choices menu, Sweet and Spicy Chicken, that sounds absolutely devine.  With a habanero and sweet orange glaze, it sounds like just the right mix of heat and sweet.

In additional to the new meal items, they also have a new CoronaRita at Chili’s that is the best of both worlds: a margarita and beer!  Now my husband and I can split one of these and both get what we want.  Plus, it pairs excellent with the Sweet and Spicy Chicken.  Just thinking about this has me excited for my next date night.

What items at Chili’s are you most excited about?  Have you tried the CoronaRita at Chili’s yet?
