I am a walking contradiction.  I buy organic foods yet I’ve been known to go through a drive thru or two (or three, but who’s counting).  You’ll rarely hear about me skiping dessert but I’ll always pass up a drink if it is high in calories.  To me, it’s all about balance.

On September 23 of this year, I gave up diet pop.  As a self-proclaimed addict, my original plan was to do it just for 30 days.  30 days turned into 35 and to date, I still have not had a sip.  Now instead of diet pop, I drink water and every now and then, I nice glass of iced tea.  Living in the south introduced me to sweet tea.  While it tasted great, I wasn’t about to drink my calories.  I prefer a no calorie alternative that still tastes sweet with no aftertaste.

Nevella To Go is perfect for me. My sweetener of choice is stevia.  I keep this little bottle stashed in my purse and whenever I need to sweeten up a my tea, I just pull it out and give it a little squirt.  Unlike powdered sweeteners which can be difficult to get dissolved in cold beverages, with just a couple of swirls of my straw, the sweetener is perfectly blended.

If you’re particular about your sweeteners (which I am), you’ll find these handy little bottles at your local Walmart.  They come in three different flavors: stevia, monk fruit and sucralose.

I took the Sweetness To Go Challenge using Nevella To Go. These handy little bottles fit perfectly in your purse or pocket, come in stevia, monk fruit, and sucralose varieties, and best of all, they’re calorie, carbohydrate, and guilt free! Take the Sweetness To Go Challenge yourself and click here to get your $1 off coupon!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Nevella. The opinions and text are all mine.
