Gluten Free Breads from Udi’s

I’m not sure that I could live a life without bread.  Nothing tastes better to me during the cold winter months than a nice grilled cheese sandwich with a bowl of creamy tomato soup.  I’m also a HUGE fan of bread pudding (I blame the four years I lived in the South) and let’s face it, living in Chicago makes me appreciate a good slice of THIN pizza.  Unfortunately for some of my friends, being able to go to the nearest restaurant for a piece of thin (or thick) crust isn’t feasible because celiac disease or gluten intolerance.  Luckily for them, there are plenty of gluten free breads from Udi’s.

Udi's French Baguettes

Udi's Classic French Dinner Rolls

Udi’s is always coming out with delicious new products and a few of their latest are their french baguettes and classic french dinner rolls.  These baguettes & rolls are both gluten, dairy, soy AND nut free, making them an option for people with multiple food allergies.  Remember my love of bread pudding? Now, with even more options from Udi’s, I can use these french baguettes and all my friends and family can enjoy my food.

This holiday season if you have a guest who has a food restrictions, be a gracious host and offer foods that guest can eat.  Whether your guest is a vegetarian, vegan or gluten intolerant, there are plenty of food options that you can prepare that will make sure everyone has an enjoyable time and leaves with a full belly.  With great products from companies such as Udi’s, making your guests feel welcome is that much easier.

  1. These look really good. I have never seen them in our stores around here. I actually don’t think we have Udi’s in this area. I’ll have to look into it. Thanks.

  2. Getting used to gluten free bread does take some time. I’ve tried their raisin bread and it is good!

  3. While I am not really a fan of gluten free bread its nice to know that there is a company dedicated to providing products to people who need them and now they are not limited in choices. Plus anyone I have know that eats Gluten Free swears by Udi’s

  4. I will tell my cousin all about this. She needs to eat Gluten free & has just found out so it’s good to to have choices. Thanks for sharing :)
