I have a confession. I like to read magazines. I also like to hoard them. Before our last move, I had three years of cooking magazines organized neatly in my pantry. Did I refer back to them? Occasionally but for the most part, they took up shelf space. Mainly I read and hoard cooking magazines and Cooking Light is definitely one of them.
Right now Cooking Light has is offering a 1-year subscription for $10 or a 2-year subscription for $16. A huge savings off the news stand price. Filled with great recipes and pictures (I need a visual to aim for) I usually find 3-4 recipes that I rip out of the magazine that become staples in my kitchen.
Sure you can go to Cooking Light and review the same recipes but if you’re waiting at the doctor’s office with a 21-month old who tries to take your Smartphone every time you pull it out, you’ll appreciate the paper copy even more.
