Get Your Step On with the Joovy StepTool Step Stool For Kids

Watching my daughter grow up is a mix of happiness and sadness.  I love seeing the excitement on her face as she accomplishes new things and at the same time I realize how quickly my “little girl” is growing up.  She likes to remind me that she can do things herself when I try to help her.  One thing she’s already realized is that sometimes she can’t reach things and when that happens, she grabs her Joovy StepTool Step Stool for kids.

The Joovy StepTool Step Stool helps her do many of her basic needs.  Whether it’s washing her hangs, brushing her teeth or getting up on the potty the Joovy StepTool is just the right height.  What this mom likes about the StepTool is the non-skid pads on the bottom and top of the stool.  We have other step stools in our house and they easily slide across the tile floors in our kitchen and bathroom.  Not the Joovy.  Another thing I like is that it’s wide enough that she can put both feet on it comfortably without falling off, yet it’s not too big so she can easily maneuver it in the confined space of  her bathroom.

My daughter is entering a naughty stage and also uses the Joovy StepTool for no good!  Just the other day I found her in my bathroom cabinet going through all my facials creams and make-up.  So just a note to parents with a little one who likes to put lotions and creams on their faces, move them to a higher shelf! :)  Another great thing about the StepTool is it’s ability to withstand up to 300 lbs.  That means anyone is my family can use the StepTool, even my 16 year-old step-son.

If you haven’t heard about the company Joovy, make sure to check out the awesome products they have.  Joovy is a family-run company who focuses on innovative and practice products for the family.  The one thing I love about Joovy is their focus on safety.  They even recommend if you don’t have time to watch their safety videos, then wait to assemble or use their products.  It’s that important to them.  Located in Dallas, TX, they are quickly becoming the brand of choice for many moms.

Want to try out the Joovy StepTool for yourself?  You can find Joovy retailers using the Store Locator option on their website.  Even better, you can win one in the Joovy On The Go giveaway event hosted by the Noise Girls!  Make sure to head back here on July 9th to enter to win one of several Joovy products!

  1. LOL… my toddler is in the “naughty stage” too! She likes to get my deodorant out of the bathroom cabinet with her step stool and just stick it under her arm. :) Can’t wait for the Joovy event! WooHoo! :)

  6. It looks like it really helps your daughter! My kids would love being able to reach on the counter tops. I may have to get me one and to be honest, at 5′ 2″ I could really use one myself! I can’t reach past the first two shelves in my cabinets easily :)

This stepstool really is the perfect size. It is large enough for little ones to have stable footing, but not so large that it can’t be reasonably stored! I love it!

Thanks for the great review. I would love this since it would be so nice if my son could brush his teeth and actually reach up to the sink. I also love how wide the stool is, so that my son can comfortably put both feet on the stepstool

We are constantly using our beat up old step stool. My granddaughter uses it to reach the faucet to wash her hands It slips sometimes and she has had a few falls. This would be a great replacement. I also like that it can hold an adult. I am short and can’t reach things on the higher shelves in my kitchen.

This product really looks handy to have around, even without having young children in the household! I like to always stay prepared for little ones who visit but I could see this little stool being nice to have around even for my older kiddos!
