There are number of ways to fight seasonal allergies. You can try bee pollen. According to some websites, it will give you energy and helps reduce seasonal allergies. I have friends who mix it in with their food (usually smoothies or yogurt) and swear by it. I'd love to say that I agree with them but I can't get over the taste. For some reason, I like 30 day challenges. A while ago, I gave up diet pop for 30 days. I know, it's hard to believe but I did actually do it.
