Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July! I hope that everyone spent time surrounded by family and friends, enjoyed some good, old-fashioned fireworks and made little piglets of themselves.

For us, we started the day off on our bikes. After half a cup of coffee, some of a Clif Bar and quite a bit of whining (me, not my daughter), we rolled out of the garage (literally and figuratively) and did some gravel grinding.  Along the ride we came across these tractors, each displaying an American Flag and had to stop for a photo opportunity.

I mean, who doesn’t love an old tractor and a RED one at that?!

A bit further down the road we saw the owner of the tractors and gave him a shout-out. It was a simple thing he did, lining up his tractors to show his patriotism, but as you learn, it’s the simple things that tend to mean to the most.
