How is it that the Fourth of July snuck up on me again this year? I mean, I know it’s the same day every year (unlike Easter which always throws me for a loop) but I really don’t know where the year has gone. It seems like only yesterday we were planning our Spring Break vacation to the happiest place on earth (and the most expensive). Since I need to get my menu planning in gear, I thought I’d share with you some fun and festive looking Fourth of July recipes that I found on my go to place for inspiration, Pinterest.

This year I’m definitely trying my hand at the strawberries and if I get really adventurous I may try the jello shooters. And if both of those fail, well, there’s always blue and red M&Ms. You can never go wrong with those.
