- Winners will be notified by email and will have 48 hours to claim their prize. A shipping address (no PO Boxes) is required and some sponsors also require telephone number for shipping purposes.
- Sponsors typically ship products within 30 days of the winner being verified. Please understand that East9thStreet is not responsible should a sponsor fail to fulfill their prize. However, we will work with you in trying to get any issues resolved with the sponsor.
